Jeffrey Hutcher is a seasoned professional in the construction and consulting industry, currently serving as Managing Partner for Building in California Consulting Services and Building in California, where Jeffrey specializes in contract inspections and plan check services to address jurisdictional overloads in California. As a member of the Board of Directors of the Oakland Builders Alliance, Jeffrey focuses on streamlining permitting processes to expedite project completion.
