Lena Roos

Lena Roos is an enthusiastic and dedicated leader with extensive experience in leadership, change management, business and organizational development, product development, IT, and program/project management. They have previously held roles at GE Healthcare and Knightec AB, where they showcased their skills in engineering and project leadership. Currently, they work as a consultant in leadership, change management, and project management at Lena Roos Konsult AB. Lena studied at Luleå tekniska universitet, earning their degree between 1998 and 2003. Their focus remains on fostering high engagement within teams to achieve shared, ambitious goals.
