Ann Spellacy

Ann Spellacy has extensive experience in human resources, quality management, and engineering resource planning within the railway industry. Ann has held various management positions at Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail since 1987, overseeing HR, IR, and recruitment. Ann has also completed a Master of Business Administration from Dublin City University.
