Kathy O'Donnell

Kathy O'Donnell has extensive experience in business development and customer service, currently serving as a Business Development Executive at Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail since April 1998. In this role, Kathy focuses on revenue generation through special events, B2B opportunities, charter trains, educational tours, and group bookings, while maintaining strong relationships with local commuter groups and business associations. Prior to this, Kathy worked as a Clerical Officer in the Sales Office, where responsibilities included canvassing for business from schools and groups and coordinating customer service training for staff. Kathy began their career at the Youth Information Centre as an Emigration Advice Officer and is a graduate of Fr. Griffin Road Post Primary School in Galway.
