Saheed Salami

Saheed Salami is a Systems Assurance Engineer and Requirements Manager at Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail since January 2025, with previous roles as Assurance Manager at Arcadis and RAID Manager at HS2, where Saheed provided consultancy to manage technical engineering risks and dependencies. Saheed also served as an Interface Manager for HS2, collaborating with various design teams to produce interface control documents and system architecture drawings. Prior experience includes work as a Consultant and Graduate Engineer at SNC-Lavalin Rail & Transit, where Saheed applied systems engineering knowledge across railway infrastructure projects, and as a Technical Author and System Integrator for Crossrail Ltd, developing detailed documentation and testing system operability. Saheed began as a Summer Intern at Interfleet Technology and completed an internship at the University of Sheffield, focusing on semiconductor research. Saheed holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
