Sinead Clair

Sinead Clair is an experienced professional in the railway industry, currently serving as the Delivery Strategy Manager for Capital Investments at Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail. With a background in civil engineering, Sinead has held various positions within the company since 1997, demonstrating a strong track record of project management and engineering expertise. Prior to their current role, Sinead served as the Head of Health and Safety IM, Programme Manager, and Acting Chief Procurement Officer. Their previous experience includes roles as a Design Engineer at Multiconsult NL and Planning Engineer at Deutche Bahn AG. Sinead earned their BE in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin in 1993.
