Jakob Leonard is a professional with a diverse background in process management, business development, and customer success. Currently employed at iart ag as a Process Manager since August 2022 and HOPR Services AG in Business Development since April 2021, Jakob has also held roles at Accounto AG as Manager of Customer Success, and at Bäckerei KULT as an Admin/Legal Expert. Prior to these positions, Jakob provided legal expertise to startups in gastronomy and food while being self-employed. Earlier experience includes roles at MCC Agentur für Kommunikation and Bundesverband deutscher Kinder- und Jugendmuseen e.V., as well as project assistance during the Wissenschaftsjahr 2005.
