Michael Gastmans

Michael Gastmans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR and consulting, currently serving as Co-Founder of MOBILAR®, a skills-assessment platform established in December 2021. Prior to this, Michael acted as Partner and COO at IAS | Innovative Automotive Services since September 2018, focusing on innovative training strategies for the automotive industry. Michael's background includes roles such as HR Business Partner at PwC and Group HR Manager for BMW Group Belux, along with various consulting positions in talent acquisition and retail HR. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial- & Organizational Psychology from Thomas More University and a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from AP Hogeschool Antwerpen.
