Jason Holland

Jason Holland has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jason began their career in the United States Navy, serving as an Electronic Warfare Technician for four years. After leaving the navy, they worked as a Construction Manager for MHI Homebuilders and later as a Project Manager for Frontier Custom Builders, overseeing various construction projects.

Jason then transitioned into the mortgage industry, working as a Mortgage Broker for Crown Mortgage Corp and an Account Executive for Countrywide Mortgage. In these roles, they were responsible for acquiring new clients and managing their financial strategies.

In 2008, Jason joined CSC and held various roles within the company. Jason worked as a Business Analyst, where they were involved in front-end solutions and gained experience in multiple policy administration systems. Jason later took on the role of Project Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of VSS development projects. Jason then became a Senior Business Analyst, serving as the lead analyst and subject matter expert for vendor management software.

Most recently, Jason worked at Innovative Aftermarket Systems as the Director of IT Product Management. In this role, they were responsible for leading all stages of the software development lifecycle and managing 8 major enterprise administration platforms. Jason also played a key role in preserving technology assets and maintaining information security.

Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Jason Holland attended Texas A&M University from 2002 to 2005. Jason obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Economics and Business.
