Diana Bland

Diana Bland has a strong background in business systems analysis and project management. DIANA worked at the IAT Group as a Business Systems Analyst, where they were responsible for transforming user and stakeholder needs into functional and technical requirements. DIANA also prepared business requirements, defined project plans, and delivered project/status reports. Diana had in-depth knowledge of the IBM Rational Unified Process (RUP) and managed requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Prior to their role at the IAT Group, Diana worked at Progress Energy, where they held multiple positions. As an Associate Data and Document Specialist- Real Estate, they played a key role in developing and implementing a new real estate and document management system. DIANA gathered requirements, managed milestones, and developed reports using tools such as Business Objects XI, Access, and Excel. Diana also prepared flow charts to illustrate processes and collaborated with project managers and IT professionals to establish software design and development approaches.

In their earlier role at Progress Energy, Diana served as a Procurement Assistant - Supply Chain.

Diana Bland obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from North Carolina Wesleyan University from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the same university from 2001 to 2008.
