Hank Wellborn

Hank Wellborn, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience. Hank began their career at Farmers Insurance in 2016, where they held multiple roles. Hank started as a Senior Underwriter, responsible for personal lines insurance, conducting interviews, and implementing process improvements. Hank then transitioned to the role of Workforce Management Analyst, where they analyzed call volumes and trends and created employee schedules based on business needs. Lastly, they served as a Workforce Analyst I, focusing on monitoring employee time away from work.

In 2021, Hank joined IAT Insurance Group as an Associate Operations Business Analyst, contributing to business operations and analysis. Recently, they were promoted to the role of Business Operations Analyst, further expanding their responsibilities within the company.

Hank Wellborn, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at William Woods University from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Sport Management, at Washburn University from 2012 to 2015.
