James Young

James Young has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Major Case Director at IAT Insurance Group since April 2018, following a role as Senior Claims Specialist. Prior to this, James held the position of Senior Adjuster for Complex Claims at Carolina Casualty (a Berkley Company) from March 2014 to March 2018, and worked as a Senior Claims Adjuster at Great West Casualty Company from February 2000 to March 2014. Earlier in their career, James was employed at Crawford & Company as a Liability Claims Adjuster from 1997 to 2000, and gained experience as a Bartender at The Bentley Hotel between 1994 and 1996. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from Louisiana Christian University and has additional educational experience from Northwestern State University.
