Jennifer Paris

Jennifer Paris has been with IAT Insurance Group since May 2002, holding various titles within the Human Resources Operations department. Jennifer is currently the AVP, overseeing payroll and HRIS functions, analyzing HR and industry data for executive decision-making. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as a Senior Manager, Manager, and Payroll Manager, demonstrating their expertise in payroll and HR administration. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resources, Jennifer also works as a Les Mills BodyCombat & CXWorx Instructor at O2 Fitness since November 2015.
