Prior to AXA XL, Lisa worked at Nautilus Insurance Group from 2006 to 2012, managing a $12 million premium book and achieving significant revenue production above goals. Lisa began their career at All Risks, Ltd from 2003 to 2006, where responsibilities included evaluating applications and preparing insurance submissions. Throughout this career, Lisa has focused on enhancing agency relations, refining underwriting practices, and promoting departmental success.
