Rick Hilt

Rick Hilt has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, specifically in the field of surety. Rick started their career at IAT Insurance Group - Surety in 2000, where they held the position of Underwriting Manager. Rick then moved on to IFIC Surety, where they also served as an Underwriting Manager. During their time at IFIC Surety, they played a key role in establishing the Chicago Regional Office and successfully grew the company's book of business. Rick managed multiple contracts, commercial, and miscellaneous surety accounts, consistently delivering top-performing results.

Rick Hilt attended The Institutes from 1995 to 1996, where they studied for an Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB) degree. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1994, they were enrolled at Aurora University, focusing on Business Management. In 1991 to 1992, Rick studied Secured Lending Law at the American Institute of Bankers. Lastly, in 1984 to 1985, they pursued Real Estate Law at the Institute of Financial Education.
