Donna Alpern

Donna Alpern has work experience in two different companies.

From March 2008 to the present, they worked at Iatric Systems as an Account Manager. Donna'sresponsibilities included acquiring, nurturing, closing, and retaining customer accounts. Donna created quotes and contracts for various healthcare technology solutions and scheduled calls and remote demonstrations for hospital customers. Donna also followed up on sales opportunities from tradeshows, webinars, remote demonstrations, and website inquiries. Donna actively participated in tradeshows and verbally communicated with prospective and current customers to pitch the solutions. Additionally, they assisted healthcare professionals in meeting federal compliance regulations related to MU and HIPAA, and provided quality customer service to professionals in the healthcare and IT industry.

From December 1997 to August 2005, Donna worked at Butler Capital as an Account Manager. In this role, they handled all aspects of customer service for existing accounts, including invoicing, billing inquiries, amortization schedules, payoff calculations, due date changes, property tax issues, lease end-of-term options, and any other incoming questions or problems related to customer accounts. Donna managed the entire direct draft process for over 800 customers on a bi-monthly basis.

Donna Alpern attended Radford University from 1983 to 1987 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. The field of study for their degree is not provided.
