Kerstin Hakala

Kerstin Hakala has been working in the field since 2010. Kerstin began their career as a Working Student Finance - Treasury and Working Student Finance - Finance Process & IT Compliance at Telefónica Germany, followed by an internship in Marketing and Aquisition Management. In 2013, they became a Working Student - Business Development and Finance at GLOSUS. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Masterandin E-Health and Working Student - IT Project Management at Allianz Managed Operations & Services SE. Kerstin then moved to TeleClinic as the Head of Medical Operations & Product Owner. Currently, Kerstin Hakala is the Head of Business Intelligence & Solution Manager at iATROS.

Kerstin Hakala has a comprehensive education history. Kerstin obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2009-2012. Kerstin then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2013-2015 and from Yonsei University in 2014. Most recently, they obtained an EMB-Coach (Ernährungs-, Mental- und Bewegungsberaterin) from Zentrum für Naturheilkunde in 2021-2022.
