Belle Allen has a diverse range of work experience in the film industry. Belle has served as the Director of Training at Iatse Local 480 since 2020. Prior to that, they created and co-hosted the Front Row Divas Podcast, a weekly film criticism podcast. Belle also worked as the CEO of Mean Mug Films LLC and served as the State Outreach Coordinator at the New Mexico Film Office. Additionally, they have experience teaching classes in Movie Production and Micro Cinema at Santa Fe University of Art and Design. Belle has worked in various roles on film sets, including 1st Assistant Director for several projects and Key Assistant Locations Manager for a CBS television pilot.

Belle Allen began their educational journey in 1996 at Georgia Military College-Augusta Campus. Belle completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Physical Sciences in 1998. Following this, they enrolled at Augusta State University in 1998 and pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications/Public Relations. Belle successfully completed their undergraduate program in 2000.
