Ashley Miller is an experienced professional with a background in stagehand duties, event coordination, and program management. Currently employed at IATSE as a stagehand, Ashley assists with load-in and load-out operations and participates in the assembly and disassembly of stage sets. Previously, at the San Diego Humane Society, Ashley managed logistics for special events and coordinated social media efforts. Ashley's experience also includes roles at Helen Woodward Animal Center, where multiple programs and events were successfully coordinated, and at Bainbridge Island Metro Park & Recreation District, where extensive program development and community engagement were achieved. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from Texas A&M University and an Associate's degree from Blinn College.

The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees is the largest union representing workers in the entertainment industry in The United States and Canada. Our members work in all forms of live theater, motion picture production, television production, television broadcasting, trade shows, exhibitions, and concerts, as well as the equipment and construction shops that support all these areas of the entertainment industry. We represent virtually all the behind-the-scenes workers in crafts ranging from motion picture animation to theater ushering.
