Aileen Denis

Aileen Denis is an Agile Coach and expert in Organizational Development at IAV since April 2023, having previously served as a Working Student in Agile Coaching at the same company from September 2021 to February 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Working Student in Recruiting at BearingPoint and an internship at Volkswagen AG's Institute for Marketing, Sales, and Communication, focusing on planning and executing various education events related to digital transformation. Aileen Denis has also worked in event management at Autostadt Restaurants operated by Mövenpick and completed a vocational training as a Specialist in System Gastronomy. Aileen Denis holds a Master of Science in Business Development from Hochschule Hannover and a degree from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. Notably, Aileen Denis achieved second place at the Youth Championships for hospitality vocational professions.
