Eric Krüger is currently the Teamleiter at IAV GmbH, where they have worked since 2002, following their training as a Radio and Fernsehtechniker from 1989 to 1993. Prior to this, they served in the Bundeswehr from 1994 to 2002 as a Stabsunteroffizier bei den Panzergranadieren, gaining leadership experience during an overseas deployment in Kosovo. After transitioning careers, Eric completed several internships at IAV GmbH and was subsequently hired. Since 2020, they have held a certification for training instructors and are responsible for mentoring two apprentices.
