Heidi Hess

Heidi Hess currently serves as the Head of Strategy for the CTO Office at IAV since March 2018, where responsibilities include strategic service portfolio management, proactive operating model adjustments, and organizational refinement. Previous roles at IAV encompassed strategic corporate development, product development, and business development. Prior to joining IAV, Heidi Hess was a scientific assistant focused on composite materials at Technische Universität Chemnitz from October 2016 to March 2018. Heidi Hess holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Universität Chemnitz (2016-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same university (2013-2016).
