Jane Barth

Jane Barth is an experienced professional in HR systems and technology, currently serving as Team Manager for HR Systems & Technology at IAV since July 2022, focusing on HR digital transformation. Prior to this role, Jane worked as a Managing Consultant and SAP HXM Consultant at EPI-USE DACH from January 2020 to June 2022, specializing in HXM project management and integration of distributed systems. Jane's earlier experience includes positions as an SAP HCM Consultant and ABAP Developer at Starrag Group from March 2012 to December 2019, where responsibilities included IT project management and in-house consulting. Jane began the career as a Student Assistant at Technische Universität Chemnitz from October 2010 to March 2012, tutoring and participating in programming internships. Jane holds a Master of Science in Data & Web Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Technische Universität Chemnitz.
