Marko Gustke currently serves as the Head of Department for Intelligent System Functions at IAV since May 2020. Prior to this role, Marko worked at Verband der Automobilindustrie (VDA) e.V. from July 2010 to April 2020, holding positions such as Leiter der Koordinierungsstelle Security, Informationsschutz und Daten, and Senior Consultant, focusing on strategy development and coordination for automated and autonomous driving as well as cooperative traffic systems. Marko began his career at IAV GmbH from March 2000 to June 2010 as a Projektleiter, leading development and strategy projects. Marko holds a Diplom Ingenieur in Fahrzeugtechnik from FHTW Berlin, earned between 1996 and 2000.
