Max Neumann is a seasoned professional in organizational development and project management. Currently serving as Leiter Organisationsentwicklung & Global Assignments at IAV since May 2021, Max has an extensive background at Volkswagen AG, holding various roles including Project Manager HR International and Organization Development Project Manager since April 2014. Prior experience includes a position as Product Manager at Volkswagen Group China from August 2011 to April 2014, and earlier roles such as Company Event Officer and intern at the Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany to the United Nations in early 2009. Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Mannheim and a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
