Ralf Sternberg

Ralf Sternberg is currently the Head of Department for Thermodynamics & Power Systems at IAV GmbH, a position held since 1999. Previously, Ralf gained extensive experience in the automotive and marine industries, including roles as a Motoren Techniker at Deutsche Seerederei Rostock DSR and as a Verkaufsberater at BMW. Ralf also worked as a Kfz-Mechaniker NFZ at Kraftverkehr Mittweida, a Versuchsingenieur at RBL Rad-Brems und Lenksysteme GmbH, and a Technischer Sachbearbeiter at AUDI AG. Ralf's educational background includes studies in Schiffsbetriebstechnik at Marineschule Stralsund and a degree in Kraftfahrzeugtechnik from TH Zwickau.
