Robert Dietze

Robert Dietze is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project quality assurance and technical consulting. Currently serving as Department Manager for Project Quality Assurance (PQS) and Technical Consulting at IAV since March 2021, Robert leads a team focusing on enhancing project performance through various key areas including requirements management and DevSecOps. Prior to this role, Robert spent nearly 14 years at AVL, where responsibilities included global process management for software development and spearheading an agile transformation within the organization. Robert's career also includes significant roles at SynSpace GmbH and Robotron Datenbank-Software GmbH. Holding a degree in Computer Science from Technische Universität Dresden, Robert possesses a strong foundation in software processes and quality assurance methodologies.
