Ronny Schaffer

Ronny Schaffer has extensive experience in project leadership within the automotive and aerospace industries, currently serving as a Senior Projektleiter at IAV since May 2008, focusing on new and derivative development in areas such as infotainment, driver assistance systems, and powertrain, with a specialization in drivetrain development. Prior roles include project manager positions at Thielert Aircraft Engines GmbH overseeing European and American projects, and Brunel, where responsibilities included project planning and monitoring for commercial aircraft. Schaffer began a career in project management at KTN Kunststofftechnik Nobitz GmbH, managing cabin interior projects, and holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin degree in Industrial Management & Engineering with a focus on project management from the University of Applied Sciences at Zwickau.
