Thaddaeus Delebinski

Thaddaeus Delebinski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in powertrain development, particularly for commercial vehicles. Currently serving as Senior Manager and Department Manager for Performance Engineering at IAV GmbH since July 2020, Thaddaeus is involved in all aspects of powertrain development—from modeling and simulation to validation. Prior roles include Business Unit Director for Diesel Systems at IAV Automotive Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed diesel engine development for the North American market, and Head of Department for Commercial Vehicle Powertrain Concepts at IAV GmbH. Thaddaeus began their career as a Test Engineer and later held various leadership positions, including research associate at Leibniz University of Hannover and intern at Porsche Engineering Services. Thaddaeus earned a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
