Ulf Kramer

Ulf Kramer is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people strategy, HR transformation, and digitalization. Currently serving as Leiter HR Operations, Strategie & Transformation at IAV since September 2020, Ulf is responsible for HR project management and the implementation of HR IT solutions like SuccessFactors. Prior to this role, Ulf held the position of Senior Manager Human Resources at thyssenkrupp from August 2012 to September 2020, where significant contributions included global performance management and the digitalization of HR processes. Ulf's career also includes roles as Head of Strategy & Business Development for Asia Pacific and Senior Consultant for Corporate Strategy & Business Development. Earlier experiences at ThyssenKrupp AG - Polysius AG included leadership in purchasing and project management. Ulf holds an MBA in International Business Administration from Friedrich Schiller University Jena and has furthered education with a certificate in Chinese from Ocean University of China.
