Esther Ludwig

Esther Ludwig serves as Vice President of Transformation Management at ib vogt GmbH since April 2018, contributing to the management of approximately 30GWp across over 30 countries and overseeing a team of more than 25 in commercial project valuation and technical development engineering. Previously, Esther held various leadership roles within the company, including Team Head of Project Optimization, where management of a project optimization team focused on design and financial arrangements occurred, and Financial Analyst for EPC technical solutions, involving layout design and financial evaluations for utility-scale solar projects. Esther's educational background includes an ongoing Executive MBA from ESCP Business School, a Master of Science in Global Production Engineering focused on New Energy Technologies from Technische Universität Berlin, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Universität Passau.
