Marja Kaitaniemi

Marja Kaitaniemi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy and environmental sectors. Currently serving as Director Group Strategy, Director Nordics, Director, IBV Suomi, and Director of Project Development Finland at ib vogt GmbH since November 2020, Marja has a strong background in business development and project management from previous roles at Neoen and various positions within the Finnish Wind Power Association. Additional experience includes portfolio development at St1 Nordic Oy, project management at St1 Renewable Energy Oy, and development project management at NV Nordisk Vindkraft AB. Marja's expertise in climate and energy policy was further honed during time at the European Parliament and WWF. Marja holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Helsinki.
