Joel Ramos

Joel Ramos is an experienced professional in data management and evaluation, currently serving as the Data & Evaluation Manager at IBA - Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción since October 2015. Prior to this role, Joel held various positions at Philip Morris International from August 2005 to April 2015, including Sales System Supervisor, System Development Supervisor, and Sales Information Analyst. Joel's early career includes a position as a Software Developer at Cervecería Nacional Dominicana and as a Programmer Analyst at CEI-RD. Joel earned a degree in Systems, Database Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra between 2000 and 2005 and is currently pursuing a Master's in eCommerce at UNAPEC, starting in 2014.
