Owen Geach has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Owen started their career in 1979 as a Cashier at Lloyds Banking Group and worked in various positions including foreign exchange desk, customer services, and cashier. In 1986, Owen joined Thomas Cook Travel Group and went through an accelerated management development program, leading to management responsibilities at different branches. Owen achieved the highest performance review score in 1991. In 1994, Owen began working at the IBA Group as a Corporate Manager, responsible for managing the company's worldwide offices and personnel. Owen then moved on to become the Head of Sales at the International Bureau of Aviation in 1995. From 2003 to 2007, Owen served as the Head of International Business Development at Bureau Veritas Aerospace Division. In 2007, they became the Commercial Director of IBA Group. Currently, Owen is a Member of the Technical Standing Committee at The Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation.
Owen Geach attended Meath Green Primary School from 1966 to 1972, where they did not pursue any specific field of study. Owen then went on to Reigate Grammar from 1972 to 1979, where they earned a National Diploma in Business Studies. Finally, from 1979 to 1981, Owen attended East Surrey College, where they obtained a BTEC National Certificate in Business Studies.
