Karl Xu

Karl Xu has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2000. Karl began their career at JDSU as a Senior Program Manager and later moved to Senior Manufacturing Manager. In 2009, they joined Sanmina as the Director of QA and Ops Excellence, where they expanded contributions in Operations to improve the quality, reliability, and KPI performance. In 2011, they founded and became CEO of iBaby Labs, an innovator of Family Care and Wellness products that work with mobile phones and tablets. iBaby has been the leader of baby video monitoring in the US and globally.

Karl Xu obtained their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tianjin University between 1986 and 1990. Karl then went on to pursue a Master in Business Administration from Peking University between 2001 and 2003.
