Railene Whipkey

Railene Whipkey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Railene started their career in 1995 as a Media Assistant at BrabenderCox Advertising. In 1997, they moved on to University Anesthesiology & Critical Care Medicine Foundation (UACCMF) where they worked as a Compensation/Benefits Coordinator for a year. Railene then joined the National Surgical Adjuvant Breast & Bowel Project (NSABP) as an Event Coordinator from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, they joined FreeMarkets as an Executive Assistant and later became the Coordinator of Process & Methods in the Global Services Organization. In 2005, Railene began their role at IBACOS as the People Development Manager. Railene later became the Manager of Talent and Legal and currently holds the position of Director of Business Operations. Railene'swork experience showcases their adaptability and growth throughout their career.
