Yauheni Soupeev

Yauheni SOUPEEV is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and project management. Currently serving as the Digital Transformation Division Director and Delivery Manager at IBA Group since January 2016, Yauheni is responsible for delivery management, defining business goals, and leading projects. Previous roles include Transition Leader for the Rocket OMEGAMON Family Products, focusing on agile leadership, and First Line Leader for IBM Retain Call Management System, where Yauheni provided strategic clarity and set measurable goals for teams. Earlier in career, Yauheni was Chief Project Manager at Oxagile and held various project management positions at IBA Group, managing distributed teams and adhering to Agile methodologies. Yauheni holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the School of Business and Management of Technology and an Engineer's degree in Computer Systems and Networks from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radiotechnics.
