Jeroen Hoevers

Jeroen Hoevers has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jeroen began their career at Aegon Nederland, where they held various roles in CRM, strategy, and product management. Jeroen then moved to ING Direct Netherlands as a Marketing Manager before transitioning to ING Direct France as a Marketing Manager for savings products and later as Director of Payments. Jeroen joined ING Nederland as Director of Retail Clients, leading marketing and product management teams. Jeroen also worked at MasterCard, where they served as Vice President for Global Consumer Debit and Head of Consumer Credit Europe. Currently, they are the Regional Director for iBanFirst, overseeing operations in Benelux and Germany. Their experience includes developing product strategies, managing market share growth, leading teams, and executing financial results across different regions and roles.

Jeroen Hoevers completed their Master's degree in Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1990 to 1996. Jeroen also participated in a program at IMD focusing on Building On Talent in 2000-2001 and completed a Finance for Executives program at INSEAD in 2008-2009. Prior to their university education, they attended Erasmiaans Gymnasium Rotterdam from 1982 to 1990.
