Dr Shiva Narayan

Dr Shiva Narayan currently serves as CTO for CORE AI, THINK AI, and ONE AI ARCHITECT at iBANK since November 2025. Prior to this role, Dr Narayan held the position of Enterprise Architect and Product Owner at Post Office Ltd from March 2023 to November 2025, and served as Chief Architect for DELL - All Point and PAYM at the Bank of England from April 2014 to February 2023. Dr Narayan also worked as an Enterprise Architect and Product Owner at AIB from March 2006 to March 2014, and began a career at Accenture, serving as Director - Banking Transformation Engineer from January 1995 to March 2006. Dr Narayan's academic credentials include a World Class Perspectives degree in Quantum Computing, Strategic Intelligence & Leadership from the University of Cambridge (2020), a Ph.D. in Banking and Financial Support Services from The University of Queensland (2010-2014), an MBA from the University of Colombo (1995-1998), and a B.B.A. from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura (1990-1994).
