Jonathan Lofton

Jonathan Lofton has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. Jonathan is currently working at iBASEt as the Director of Customer Experience, a role they started in August 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Delivery Services at iBASEt from July 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining iBASEt, Jonathan worked at Kinaxis, where they held various roles. Jonathan was a Senior Manager of Solutions from January 2020 to July 2021, a Solution Consultant Team Lead from May 2016 to January 2020, and a Senior Solution Consultant from April 2014 to April 2016.

Jonathan's earlier experience includes working at Alcatel-Lucent from 1998 to 2013. Jonathan held several positions, including Director & Consulting Member of Technical Staff from February 2002 to December 2013, Senior Manager of Supply Chain Skunkworks from March 2000 to January 2002, and Senior Manager of Supply Line Engineering from March 1998 to February 2000.

Prior to their time at Alcatel-Lucent, Jonathan worked at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff from January 1996 to February 1998.

Jonathan Lofton holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems, from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Jonathan also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, they have received several certifications from Kinaxis, including Certified RapidResponse Author Level 3, Certified RapidResponse Contributor Level 1, Certified RapidResponse Integration Consultant Level 1, Certified RapidResponse Solution Consultant Level 1, Kinaxis Capacity Planning (Constraints) Application Specialist, and Kinaxis Inventory Management Application Specialist.
