Leah Mix

Leah Mix has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Leah has held various leadership positions in renowned companies such as iBASIS and Watts Water Technologies. At iBASIS, Leah worked as the Vice President, Human Resources - Voice and Mobile, where they provided coaching and guidance on organizational development and talent management strategies. Leah was responsible for implementing global talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, systems and analytics, and engagement and ESG programs.

As the Global Human Resources Business Partner and Operations Manager, they provided guidance and coaching in areas such as organizational planning, employee engagement and retention, performance management, compensation planning, talent management, learning and development, and analytics. Leah also served as the Human Resources Business Partner and Benefits Analyst, managing benefit plans for US headquarters and expatriates. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist, supporting the domestic functions in recruitment, onboarding, international assignments, rewards and recognition, learning and development, and HRIS administration.

Leah started their career at Fidelity Investments as an Investor and Advisor Compliance Assistant, providing senior-level administrative support. Leah monitored regulatory inquiries, prepared presentation materials, and produced investment metrics reports. Leah then worked as an Executive Assistant at First Marblehead, providing executive-level support to the Chairman and CEO and Vice President of Administration. Their responsibilities included board material preparation, event planning, travel coordination, onboarding, and office management support.
