Paul Heilbronner

Paul Heilbronner is an experienced HR executive with a robust background in transforming and scaling human resources functions across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer & ESG at iBasis since January 2019, Paul has successfully built the HR function and supported significant growth from 3 to 300 employees. Previously, Paul held key HR leadership roles at Axway, where oversight of global HR and internal communication influenced the company’s transition from on-premises to subscription services. With extensive expertise in strategic HR management, culture integration, talent acquisition, and performance development, Paul has also contributed to significant organizational transformations at Petit Bateau, Technicolor, Thomson Telecom, Gunnebo France, Fichet Bauche Gunebo, Snecma, and Credit Lyonnais. Paul holds an MBA in HR and a MSG from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
