Olga Kochneva

Olga Kochneva is an experienced coach currently working with Deutsche Angestellten Akademie - DAA and IBB Institut für Berufliche Bildung AG since May and September 2023 respectively. Previously, Olga served as a coach at erango GmbH and held roles as a freelance HR consultant and HR business partner at various companies, including «MODUL» GmbH and «BIMAX» GmbH. Beginning a career in human resources, Olga has extensive experience with roles ranging from project leader to recruiter in "SuperStroy und StroyArsenal" GmbH. Olga holds a degree in Psychology from Ural State University named after A.M. Gorky and a specialization in Strategic Management from Ural State Technical University.
