Nizam Bata ACCA is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as the Founder & CEO of Sofino Holdings Ltd since January 2024, where strategic investments are made in scale-up businesses within the Health Care, real estate, and Health Tech sectors. Since April 2012, Nizam has been the Founder and Chair of iBC Healthcare, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs across the Midlands. Additionally, Nizam co-founded Care Hires in January 2018, aiming to revolutionize the Health & Social Care sector through technology and AI for improved staffing management. Nizam holds an ACCA degree in Finance from the London School of Business and Finance, completed from 2009 to 2011.

Our focus is to deliver care models such as active support, intensive interaction and positive behavioural support, to empower people to live as in independently as possible free from unnecessary hospitalisation.
