Hadhija Arifa currently serves as the Channel Head of IBC Mangai at IBC Tamil & Cineulagam since April 2024. Previously, Hadhija was a Show Producer and Show Director at Sun TV Network Limited from November 2022 to December 2024, and held the position of Junior Content Director at Zee Tamil from June 2021 to October 2022. Hadhija has also worked as an Assistant Content Director at STAR VIJAY TELEVISION PVT LTD for Thalir & Box Office Studio, and as an Assistant Director at Mercury Media Production House for the Neeya Naana talk show. An early career included an internship as a Photojournalist at Ananda Vikatan Publishers Private Limited in late 2018. Hadhija holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women and the University of Madras, with foundational education completed at Good Shepherd Convent.
