Manpreet Kaur

Manpreet Kaur has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Manpreet currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at IBDIC since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at HAPPY - A Digital Lending Fintech from February 2022 to April 2023. From 2014 to 2020, they served as a Director at the Harvard Business School Club of India. Before that, they held the role of Senior Executive- HR at Zensar Technologies from November 2012 to February 2014 and Executive - HR at Cognizant Technology Solutions from November 2010 to November 2012. Manpreet started their career at UBS (India) Private Limited as a CRM from June 2008 to May 2010.

Manpreet Kaur earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Centurion University of Technology and Management from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a certification from World Education University in 2019.
