Welcome to iBeAuthentic! We're a digital communications company that increases the business of beauty distributors and brands through meaningful, personalized digital marketing tools and services.

History

Our company started out with a few friends and an idea on a napkin. In 2011 we had only six employees and the five founding partners, and more than 75 years of combined professional beauty industry experience ... in a small office, the business quickly expanded.

In 2013 we moved into a renovated auto repair shop where we take advantage of the nearby waterfront, historic downtown, and local shops and restaurants.

In 2015 our team expanded even more, driving an expansion into a second building (right across the street) which is a renovated theater.

Our buildings are designed to attract talented and enthusiastic individuals – we have open workspaces, a recreation room and a photo/video studio.

Careers

We have an energetic and fulfilling work environment with creative, forward-thinking people. Our company is unlike any other, especially for our small northern town with opportunities at rewarding careers in marketing, sales, design, content creation, and information technology. Our teams are growing and we’re constantly expanding to fit the driving need for our services in the professional beauty industry.

Don’t see the job you’re looking for? We’re always looking for new talent to support our growth. Please submit an application to our Human Resources Manager, Sara Dart, at sdart@ibeauthentic.com and we will reach out if we feel like there’s a good fit.
