Evin Conway is a seasoned professional in customer experience and engagement, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Ibec since January 2023, where responsibilities include leading the development and execution of a long-term customer experience strategy. Previously, Evin held the position of Director of Customer Engagement at Coupa Software, and served as a Senior Program Manager at Salesforce, where Evin executed strategic initiatives in Security, Trust, and Technology. Evin is also a founder of the Customer Success Network, which has become the largest customer success organization in Europe. Additional experience includes roles at Citrix, Version 1, Citibank, Hypo Real Estate Group, and Barclays, complemented by advanced education in strategic business, information systems, UX design, and leadership from reputable institutions.
