Amarildo Frediani

Amarildo Frediani serves as Head de Tesouraria at Infracommerce since April 2023, overseeing financial management and the company's turnaround process, including capital structure and budget implementation. Previously, Amarildo held roles such as Gerente de Tesouraria at Petz, where responsibilities included corporate treasury management and financial operations, and Coordenador de Tesouraria at Grupo Nós, focusing on the treasury structure during the formation of a joint venture. With extensive experience in treasury functions at organizations like Vigor Alimentos, TOTVS, and Atmos Sistemas Ltda., Amarildo has developed expertise in cash flow management, risk assessment, and financial strategy. Educational qualifications include multiple postgraduate degrees in Finance from FIA Business School and a degree in Business Administration from Uninove. Currently, Amarildo is also an Associate at IBEF São Paulo.
