Augusto Martins

Augusto Martins serves as CEO (Presidente) and a Board Member at JHSF and also holds the position of CEO at JHSF Capital since September 2022. Additionally, Augusto is a member of YPO since June 2024 and has been a Board Member and Vice President of IBEF São Paulo since March 2019. Active in the investment sector, Augusto has been a member and investor at BR Angels since October 2019. Prior to these roles, Augusto accumulated over 22 years of experience at Banco Alfa, where roles included Managing Director in Corporate & Investment Banking, Private Banking, and Wealth Management, among others. Augusto's extensive academic background includes an Executive Program at INSEAD, a Negotiation and Competitive Decision Making Program at Harvard Business School, and an MBA from The University of British Columbia, along with other specialized training in business management.
